Peugeot 308 HDi Test Drive Campaign Terms & Conditions
Competition extended to 4th of December!
- The Promotion opening date is Monday 21st September and the closing date is Monday 23rd November.
- A minimum distance of 20km test drive must be completed.
- The test drive duplicate form must be filled out in full by the Dealer staff to record the total kilometres travelled by the customer and average fuel consumption will be calculated using the odometer, the distance recorder and the vehicle’s trip computer.
- Any test drive form not filled out correctly will render the test drive entry null and void.
- A prize will be on offer for the best fuel consumption achieved across all participating Dealers nationally and the winner will receive an All 4 One voucher for €3,000.
- This prize will be non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
- Gowan Distributors Ltd., reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value.
- No purchase will be necessary to enter this competition.
- Completion of the test drive form constitutes entry to the Promotion and by doing so the entrant agrees to be bound by the Rules of the Promotion.
- The winner will be notified by telephone call and confirmed by email no later than 1 week after the results have been compiled.
- Gowan Distributors reserves the right to use the customer information garnered from this promotion strictly for its own marketing use.
- This Promotion is open to all residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 25 and over only with a clean, full drivers licence, except employees of Gowan Distributors Limited, their relations, agencies and associate companies and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this Promotion.
- Multiple entries per person are permitted up to a maximum of three.
- The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into during or after the Promotion.
- In the event of a draw a tie breaker will apply. The parties will be entered into a final event. An economy run will take place on a pre-determined route from Gowan House, Dublin 12 and the individual with the best consumption reading will be declared overall winner.
- A Commissioner of Oaths has been appointed, to oversee the promotion.
- Details of the winners will be listed on www.peugeot.ie, on the Promotion website www.howlowcanyougo.ie and on Dealers’ websites within 21 days of the closing date of the Promotion.
